Hosting accounts can be paid monthly, quarterly, 6 monthly, annually or bi-annually.

Little Hero Hosting can make affordable, custom made web pages through our sister site web design business Little Hero Designs.

Little Hero Hosting will not provide support on HTML or building your site unless it is directly related to your hosting.

All webpages & files should be uploaded to the folder called 'public_html'. Anything you place in this directory will be accessable from the web.

Accounts are activated, generally, within a few minutes during our main business operating hours (9am to 6pm EST). If you are ordering after hours, the setup time might be a bit longer, but usually it will be done very quickly. All orders are processed manually by our team, so if you order in the middle of the night (AEST), your account will be activated ASAP the following morning.
