It’s been a week since I posted so I thought I should get something down. I haven’t done a lot on my customer campaign as I have been sick & not up to doing much besides the usual admin running work.

The advertising campaign I spoke about last time hasn’t started yet, hopefully in a week or so it will be out & circulating, then time will tell! When I have been feeling up to it I have been working on a knowledge base which will hopefully help customers learn how to use their cPanels to their full potential. We will be putting it up very soon so stay tuned for that.

I am also tossing up the idea of creating 2 new types of accounts, plain email accounts for users who want email addy’s only & also smaller packages aimed specifically at blogs. Still researching both these options but will make a decision soon.
